The Standing Wave
Physical Layer · Power

The United States already ran the cycle. Australia is still inviting.

H3 · H7 · H9 strengthened · as of Signal № 014

This is the Power pillar’s longer map — the same job as the H15 stack, for a different layer. Weekly Signals carry the week. This page holds the sequence: invitation, interconnect, household bills, the ballot, and the workaround. Australia is earlier on it. Chapter 1 is what the United States discovered. Chapter 2 is where Australia sits.

What this page tracks

Power, not chips, becomes the binding constraint on the build-out by end of 2027 — and the constraint becomes a public story when interconnect strain reaches household bills and then the ballot.

H3 is the bind. H7 is the queue. H9 is the turbine workaround. The political turn is H7 becoming a public story, which is what the audit form always said it would be. We do not mint a new hypothesis for the cycle. We map the layer.

Chapter 1 · Signals 012–014 · what has been discovered

Invitation to the ballot

The United States is further along. Counties and governors chased the tax base. The grid could not keep up. Household bills moved. Then governors reversed, midterms arrived, and a Missouri recall did not wait for November. Hyperscalers tried to stop asking the grid. Bring-your-own-power hits physics.

Chapter 2 · Signal № 014 · where Australia sits

The queue is not the stock

Australia spent the same seven days writing conditions, not reversing them. That is not the opposite of the United States. It is earlier on the same sequence. Maximum connection capacity is not the load already drawing.

Dependencies

The cycle only becomes the public story if several theses hold together:

In the Signals

The map updates when a stage moves — not every week. Chapter 1 draws on Signals 012 (Texas halt), 013 (audit), and 014 (ballot and off-grid). Chapter 2 is Signal № 014. This page is the Power pillar’s ongoing research, parallel to the H15 stack.
